$80,000-$95,000 + quarterly profit-sharing bonus

What You'll Do:

Review customer orders and determine technical requirements. Create test and qualification procedures for industrial components. Review drawings, schematics, datasheets, and test results. Troubleshoot test failures and resolve technical issues. Partner with purchasing, quality, vendors, customers, and project teams.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering preferred; Mechanical Engineering considered. Strong engineering fundamentals and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications. Strong technical writing and communication skills. Interest in hands-on components, equipment, and testing.
