Job Description
Design electrical systems, schematics, controls, and wiring solutions for automated equipment, mobile equipment, and other electrical applications. Job Requirements Associate or bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. 3-5 years of electrical engineering or electrical design experience strongly preferred. Proficiency creating electrical schematics using AutoCAD Electrical. Knowledge of electrical components and electrical system design. Experience performing electrical system calculations. U.S. citizenship required. Entry-level candidates may be considered with relevant Electrical Engineering education and substantial internship experience. Preferred Skills Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Experience with electrical wire harness design and development. Experience with harness routing or electrical design software such as: Zuken E3 Capital Harness Creo Cabling NX Routing Inventor Routing Experience designing electrical controls for automated equipment. Experience designing electrical systems for automotive or mobile equipment. Job Responsibilities Design electrical systems from initial concept through completed schematics. Create and modify electrical schematics using AutoCAD Electrical. Select electrical components for system designs. Perform electrical calculations required for system development. Design control systems for automated equipment. Develop electrical systems and wire harnesses for automotive and mobile equipment. Create harness routing and electrical documentation as required. Support electrical engineering design activities across multiple product and equipment applications.
