Primary scope:
electrical maintenance leadership, plant reliability, electrical project coordination, safety, planning, and team supervision.
What you will do:
Lead electrical maintenance priorities, troubleshooting escalation, work planning, safety expectations, and reliability improvements. Coordinate electricians, controls support, outside vendors, outage work, spare parts, and plant electrical projects. Track work status, constraints, PM completion, equipment issues, and follow-up actions for plant leadership.
