As an Electronics Engineer, the work you'll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of the US Navy. You will play a crucial role in upgrading, designing, implementing and testing advanced systems.
Description:
Designs, fabricates, modifies, and evaluates electronic apparatus, components, or circuitry for use in electronic equipment and devices Designs, test, inspect, and update electronic systems, components, equipment along with software Analyze customer needs and determine the requirements, capacity, and cost for developing an electrical system plan or product Evaluate systems and recommend design modifications or equipment repair Inspect electronic equipment, instruments, and systems to make sure they meet safety standards and applicable regulations Draft specifications, instructions, and reports Partner with other internal and/or external stakeholders as well as clients to ensure projects are successfully completed to specifications Stay abreast of emerging trends and technology

Bachelor of Science in
Electrical Engineering Experience:
2+ years of related experience Technical skills: Experience with: Sensors and data acquisition Signal processing and analysis Software experience with LabView and MATLAB Linux database administration Security clearance level: Must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance US citizenship required Role requirements: Work is at the customer site

This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
