Controls Engineer

Responsibilities:

Will be tasked with developing and programming PLCs to enhance machine efficiency (reduce cycle times, increase uptime, and minimize operator intervention).Design control systems for custom automated machinery, which involves researching and selecting new components, creating panel layouts and schematics, programming, and troubleshooting.

Collaborate with various systems, including PLCs, servo systems, stepper systems, HMIs, power supplies, motion controllers, and communication loops.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.3 to 7 years of experience in programming PLCs / HMIs (Allen Bradley, Siemens, etc.).Proficient in using Microsoft Office for documentation.

Experience with AutoCAD for schematic documentation.

Vision systems experience is preferred (Cognex, Keyence, etc.).Excellent communication skills.

Salary:

$90,000 to $105,000Full benefits package available
