Requirements What you will bring to the team: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering Strong background in industrial automation, controls systems, and robotics integration Experience working with PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.), HMIs, VFDs, and motion control systems Solid understanding of electrical systems, circuits, controls, and industrial equipment Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation Hands-on troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment preferred Must be authorized to work in the United States without VISA sponsorship
What You'll Do:
Design, develop, and maintain electrical systems, equipment, and components used throughout our manufacturing operations. Troubleshoot electrical issues on production machinery and coordinate timely repairs to keep operations running smoothly. Lead and support automation initiatives including integration and optimization of robotics, PLCs, and advanced control systems Partner with maintenance, engineering, and production teams to improve equipment reliability and operational efficiency. Assist with installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment – including highly automated and robotic systems Identify opportunities for process improvement through automation and controls enhancements Ensure all electrical work meets safety standards, codes, and internal policies. Create and maintain accurate documentation such as schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical reports. Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance staff on electrical and automation systems. Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action planning for electrical or automation-related issues. Salary Description $90,000-$100,000
