Backed by a team of dedicated professionals and a commitment to continuous improvement, Dyno Nobel sets the standard for reliable and responsible blasting manufacturing and services worldwide What You'll Do Participate in major engineering projects, site upgrades, and major site modifications. Safely coordinate EIC design and drawing package for execution, while remaining on schedule and on budget. Develop key engineering deliverables such as: electrical construction drawings, and control wiring schematics. Design and code PLC based control systems. Controls engineering design accordance with project requirements. Act as the technical resource for the process controls design of major Engineering projects. Oversee electrical and controls engineering deliverables on projects to ensure technical quality and customer satisfaction. Communicate effectively with the engineering teams, project stakeholders, and customers. Demonstrate ownership and seek accountability to deliver results. Contribute to a culture of mutual respect, trust, accountability, and teamwork. Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and lead by example. Ensure design compliance with applicable external regulatory requirements, company engineering standards and HSE requirements for the manufacture of explosives and hazardous materials. Direct third-party engineering design resources to produce deliverables that meet or exceed expectations. Direct various contractors and trades in field, providing guidance and answering questions on the fly during construction and start-up.
