Amatrol is hiring Curriculum Design Engineers to turn complex engineering topics into clear, high-quality training content for learners at every level. In this role, you'll partner with multimedia, graphic design, and software teams to build training systems that combine interactive eLearning with hands-on simulators. Your work will help expand access to technical skills training used by schools, training centers, and employers around the world. What you'll do: Design interactive technical curriculum across a range of engineering and industrial technology topics. Collaborate with engineering, equipment development, publishing, and digital product teams to create effective learning systems. Research new concepts and emerging technologies as project needs evolve.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field such as Automation, Logistics, or Process Control. Strong knowledge in your technical area of expertise. Ability to work on-site in or near the Louisville metro area. Professional proficiency in English and authorization to work in the United States. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred skills:

Familiarity with industrial networking. Strong computer skills in your area of expertise, including spreadsheets and word processing tools.
