Our client is looking for an Electrical Project Engineer to lead electrical projects supporting manufacturing facility expansions, utility upgrades, and capital improvement projects. This role offers the opportunity to manage projects from planning through commissioning while working with cross-functional engineering, construction, and operations teams. What You'll Be Doing As the Electrical Project Engineer, you'll be responsible for managing the electrical portion of facility construction and infrastructure projects from concept through startup.

Responsibilities include:

Lead electrical projects from planning through final commissioning Define project scope and develop technical specifications Coordinate with internal engineering teams and consulting engineering firms Review electrical designs and construction documents Manage project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates Coordinate procurement of electrical equipment and materials Support contractor bidding and selection Oversee installation activities during construction Manage project changes and contractor performance Coordinate startup and commissioning activities Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget Work closely with mechanical, civil, manufacturing, and operations teams throughout project execution Types of Projects You'll Support You'll help deliver projects involving: Medium Voltage Power Distribution Low Voltage Electrical Systems Manufacturing Facility Expansions Plant Utility Infrastructure Industrial Automation Systems PLC and HMI Controls Robotics Automated Conveyors Vision Systems AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles) Process Equipment Installations Capital Improvement Projects Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical experience Experience managing electrical engineering or construction projects Knowledge of NEC and

NFPA 70E
