The Role:
The Controls Engineer is an Individual contributor with recognized expertise responsible for troubleshooting, problem solving and continuous improvement on manufacturing equipment throughout the plant. What You'll Do (Responsibilities): Work cross-functionally with diverse teams throughout the plant to troubleshoot issues effectively. Identify and document system vulnerabilities and develop inclusive mitigation plans; track corrective actions to ensure accountability. Design and manage key strategic interfaces within systems to promote component reuse and consistency with best practices. Create and implement tests to efficiently identify opportunities for design improvements. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to foster innovation and continuous improvement. Your Skills and Abilities (Required Qualifications): ​ Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or related field or 4+ equivalent experience Ability to work rotating shifts Ability to work OT as needed What Can Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications): 1+ years of demonstrated technical knowledge of electrical/control systems and ability to apply these concepts within a manufacturing environment 1+ years of experience in
