• What We're Looking For:

• Educational Background
• : Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer, Controls, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Experience
• : 1-3+ years of experience in PLC and HMI programming, SCADA development, and/or control panel design.
• Technical Skills
• : Proficiency in PLC programming, relay control logic, and HMI programming. Strong understanding of AutoCAD for reviewing schematics and drawings.
• Circuit Design
• : Expertise in analog and digital circuit design, including 4-20mA circuits.
• Practical Experience
• : Hands-on with electrical engineering tools and test equipment. Familiarity with component selection and qualification for control and starter panels.
• Problem-Solver
• : Excellent problem-solving abilities with great attention to detail.
• Communication & Teamwork
• : Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit to engage effectively with customers and stakeholders.
• Time Management
• : Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently.
