Job Description

Position Summary Responsible for providing engineering support to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the power plant. Supports maintenance, reliability, capital projects, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Support daily plant operations and maintenance activities. Monitor equipment performance and plant efficiency. Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis of equipment failures. Develop and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Manage engineering projects, equipment upgrades, and plant modifications. Review and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and specifications. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with operations, maintenance, contractors, and vendors. Support planned outages and major maintenance activities. Identify opportunities to improve reliability, availability, and cost performance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline. 3+ years of experience in power generation, utilities, or industrial facilities preferred. Knowledge of power plant equipment and systems. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience with reliability engineering and root cause analysis. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CMMS applications. Key Competencies Safety-focused mindset. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Project management and organizational abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced plant environment.
