Job Description
Test Engineering Manager Newburyport, MA Onsite Fulltime Salary $165k per annum with 10% annual bonus What you'll do: This is a full-time on-site role at Rochester Electronics' Newburyport, Massachusetts, HQ. Lead and mentor a team of Analog & Mixed Signal Test Engineers developing new test solutions primarily on Teradyne Eagle ETS-88 or Bench/Rack systems Manage Team and Product Test Solutions through the complete NPI cycle Drive selection of test equipment critical to test roadmap Partner cross-functionally with internal/external teams on technical matters Own hiring, training, and professional development for the team Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field; advanced degree is a plus. 8+ years of electrical test engineering experience across analog & mixed-signal domains. 5+ years leading engineering teams and managing development projects Strong Test Engineering and Test Equipment skills, including test plan development, hardware/software test implementation, and optimization of test processes. Proficiency in Test Management, including project planning, resource allocation, scheduling, and reporting on test performance and metrics. Demonstrated Engineering Management capabilities, including team leadership, mentoring, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder communication. Ability to analyze complex technical data, use statistical tools, and make data-driven decisions to improve test coverage and product quality. Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements relevant to semiconductor testing and reliability. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
