NORTH READING, Massachusetts job type: Permanent salary: $150,000 - 165,000 per year work hours: 8am to 4pm education: Bachelors responsibilities:
Solution Lifecycle Leadership:
Lead FPGA projects end-to-end, from initial requirements through logic implementation, integration, and lab bring-up.
Logic Development & Automation:
Design high-performance FPGA logic for complex interfaces and subsystems, leveraging Python and TCL for automation and tool development.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with hardware, software, systems, and DV teams to deliver integrated system solutions with comprehensive simulation and test coverage.
Optimization & Lab Debug:
Drive timing closure, resource optimization, and performance tuning while conducting lab bring-up and root-cause analysis using JTAG and test instrumentation.
System Design Influence:
Collaborate on PCB and system architecture decisions to optimize FPGA performance and board-level integration.
Technical Leadership & Mentorship:
Provide technical guidance to the engineering team and mentor junior engineers. #randstadengineering qualifications: Experience level: ExperiencedMinimum 5 years of experience
