Job Description

Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS
Department of Defense Secret security clearance is obtainable within a reasonable amount of time after hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES
As a Mid-Level Electrical Integration Engineer , you'll be a contributing member of a cross-functional team responsible for the design, integration, and test of electrical infrastructure , with a focus on cable plant architecture supporting embedded and mission-critical hardware. Cable plant design, installation, and documentation Electrical integration across complex platforms Harness and wiring design using tools such as CREO, Capital, or similar Interface definition and connector/backplane design Signal integrity and power distribution analysis Configuration management of electrical documentation (drawings, schematics, BOMs)
What Sets You Apart:
Working knowledge of electrical engineering processes, standards, and best practices (e.g., MIL-STD-461, MIL-W-22759, or similar) Experience translating platform-level requirements into electrical designs Familiarity with Interface Control Documents (ICDs) and electrical interface management Ability to read and produce electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and cable drawings Strong troubleshooting skills across integrated electrical environments Collaborative mindset with experience working across mechanical, software, and systems engineering disciplines Commitment to professional growth and mentoring junior engineers Identifies opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation Our Commitment to
