Experience:
Senior Level Salary:
$135,000 - $185,000 per year Job Details - 5+ years of experience in robotics, autonomous systems, or advanced electronics product development. Proven lifecycle development from concept and prototyping through validation, production, and deployment. Strong first-principles engineering approach with the ability to make sound technical decisions in complex, multidisciplinary environments. Broad hands-on experience in electronics design, integration, and manufacturing processes, including robotic systems, wiring harnesses, microcontrollers, signal conditioning, power distribution, battery management systems, motor controls, and multilayer PCB design. Experience with industry-standard communication protocols, including CAN, UART, RS-232, SPI, I2C, and Ethernet. Solid understanding of EMI/EMC principles, grounding strategies, shielding techniques, and signal integrity best practices. Proficiency in analog and digital circuit design, schematic capture, circuit analysis, and hardware debugging. Strong programming skills in embedded systems development using C/C++.
