Job Requirements Sudbury, MA Secret Polygraph Unspecified Career Level not specified Salary not specified Join Premium to unlock estimated salaries Job Description Blackstone Talent Group, an award-winning technology consulting and talent agency is seeking a STS Senior Test Development Engineer MAT Ramp to join our Client's team. Project Overview As a member of the Sensor Test Solutions department, the candidate would be part of a team which is responsible for the design, integration and deployment of test equipment. We deploy our test equipment to our factory in Andover, MA, as well as depot facilities located both domestically and internationally. Our project teams are made up of engineers with a broad range of electrical engineering expertise and experience in fields such as RF, Power, Digital, and Analog. In addition to these different fields, all our engineers are responsible for the development of both hardware and software. Position Overview Will vary depending on the timing of the candidates start, skill set, and project duration. Generally, the position will involve some combination of the design activities described in the Key Deliverables section below. Key deliverables for this role Test station & fixture designs (Electrical schematic capture & PCB design) What does success look like for this role? The individual comes up to speed quickly, has an impact on our projects developing test stations/fixtures/automated test software, has familiarity with a process-heavy work environment. Our projects are nearly always team-based (5-10 engineers) so attributes such as strong collaboration and communication, in addition to technical aptitude, are essential for achieving success within our department.
Education Required:
Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
Years of Experience Required:
Minimum of 5 years of relevant engineering experience
Qualifications You Must Have:
U.S. Citizen required Active and transferable U.S. Government-issued security clearance required prior to start date U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance Ability to obtain an Interim Secret U.S. Government-issued security clearance prior to start date
Required Skills:
Electrical test instrument/equipment experience
Knowledge of:
Power systems RF systems Digital logic Analog circuits Automated test software development experience Desired Skills (Nice-to-Have): Experience with: Project leadership Project cost management Schedule management Earned Value Management System (EVMS) Microsoft Project Familiarity with DoD project development lifecycle processes Tools /
Technologies Required:
Automated test software, including: C C++ C# LabVIEW TestStand Experience with: ORCAD Cadence Allegro PCB design Experience in one or more of the following areas:
