The Judge Group is seeking a Controls Engineer for a manufacturing company located in the Hagerstown, MD area.

$100,000 - $130,000Responsibilities- Lead and manage engineering projects with structured schedules and milestones
- Oversee design, build, installation, and commissioning of plant systems and equipment
- Drive collaboration across teams to ensure smooth communication and project success
- Handle full lifecycle of capital and non-capital initiatives
- Support daily plant operations with technical expertise and improvements
- Promote efficiency, reliability, and quality in production processes Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering required
- 3+ years of experience with automation/controls in manufacturing
- 2+ years managing engineering projects
- Strong decision-making, organization, and cross-functional teamwork skills #JDP
