Northern Michigan offers a unique opportunity to enjoy all four seasons - snowmobiling through snowy winters, boating on serene lakes during the summer, and endless outdoor activities in between. We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team in Alpena, Michigan!

JOB SUMMARY

This position is responsible for the electrical design, development, and improvements of new or existing products.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 1.

Originates and/or develops designs for products relating to defined project specifications. 2. Creates electrical schematics and machine software as required. 3. Creates electrical bills-of-materials for designed products. 4. Works with manufacturing to debug and improve hardware and software designs. 5. Works with customers to troubleshoot field service issues. 6. Understands lean manufacturing concepts and initiates process improvements to improve efficiency and reduce costs. 7. Performs other duties as assigned.
