This role focuses on analog and digital circuit design, hardware testing, and validation in a high-performance engineering environment. Key Responsibilities Design and develop analog and digital circuits Create and review schematic designs using industry-standard tools Perform simulation and analysis to validate circuit performance Capture and manage requirements using DOORS Develop functional test cases and test procedures Conduct hardware testing for functionality and performance Troubleshoot issues at circuit and PCBA level Generate detailed test reports and documentation Ensure compliance with DO-254 standards and aerospace processes Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field 5-8 years of relevant Electrical Engineering experience 4+ years of hands-on experience in analog & digital circuit design Experience with schematic design tools (e.g., OrCAD, Altium, etc.) Strong knowledge of hardware testing, validation, and troubleshooting Experience with test case development and execution Familiarity with DOORS (requirements management tool) Exposure to DO-254 or similar aerospace standards Preferred Skills Experience in aerospace or safety-critical systems Strong understanding of PCBA-level debugging Experience working in regulated environments (ITAR, FAA, etc.) Important Note This position falls under ITAR regulations , therefore only U.S. Citizens are eligible to apply.
