Job Description
Management of the Building Automation System at Stellantis World Headquarters and Technology Center. The Building Automation System Group (BAS) is managed by the BAS Manager.
This includes managing the BAS team, including the network administrator and controls engineer(s) as well as working with the facilities team, including skilled trades responsible for maintaining the building automation system network.
This includes hardware and software systems, and all associated assets and equipment required to monitor and automate data management for life safety and all operations systems for the Stellantis World Headquarters and Technology Center.
Oversee development of corrective maintenance work packages to repair building automation systems legacy hardware and manage the migration to new system architecture.
Provide technical support for skilled trades.
Review and respond to skilled trades work issues.
Assist with the ordering of material and equipment required to implement maintenance work packages.
Work with facilities scheduler to project skilled trades manpower and workload.
Assist in improving workforce efficiency, cost effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
Identify and coordinate skilled trades schedule time and overtime hours.
Good oral and written communication skills are important.
Provide examples of leadership skills and decision making.
Familiarity with preventive and proactive maintenance concepts.
Stellantis Industrial Systems (SIS), or related continuous improvement process, experience is a plus.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Information/Computer Sciences, or related fields.5 years of experience in facilities management, building automation system design and/or maintenance systems or programming.Good oral and written communication skills are important.
Provide examples of leadership skills and decision making.
Familiarity with preventive and proactive maintenance concepts.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master of Science degree in Engineering, Information/Computer Engineering or related fields.Stellantis Industrial Systems (SIS), or related continuous improvement process, experience is a plus.
