• Launch Your Career in Automation & Controls Engineering Brooksource is seeking early-career Electrical Engineers to join a manufacturing engineering team supporting a high-volume automotive production environments. This is an excellent opportunity for engineers who enjoy problem-solving, technology, and understanding how machines, controls, robotics, and manufacturing systems work together. You'll gain hands-on experience supporting manufacturing equipment, automation systems, PLC-controlled machinery, electrical systems, and production launches while working alongside experienced engineers in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities Support manufacturing equipment, automation systems, and controls technologies Participate in equipment installation, commissioning, and launch activities Troubleshoot controls, electrical, and production issues Evaluate PLC-controlled equipment and supplier solutions Assist with controls modernization and equipment upgrades Partner with manufacturing, maintenance, process, and engineering teams Develop technical expertise and take ownership of engineering projects Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Interest in automation, controls, robotics, or manufacturing systems Excellent communication and teamwork skills Internship, co-op, project, or academic experience with PLCs, automation, robotics, controls, or electrical systems preferred Preferred Technical Exposure Siemens or Allen-Bradley PLC platforms Industrial automation and robotics Electrical hardware, sensors, and control systems Python, C++, or similar programming languages
