Electrical Process Development Engineer III LOCATION

In this role, you will lead the strategy, development, and optimization of electrical test systems supporting both new product introduction and high-volume manufacturing. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead electrical test strategy and architecture for new and existing products, ensuring scalable and robust solutions Design and implement advanced automated test systems to improve efficiency, reliability, and data integrity Define and standardize test methods, validation strategies, and best practices across programs Review and approve test methods, validation plans, and Measurement System Analysis (MSA) activities Resolve complex test failures, yield challenges, and correlation issues through deep technical investigation Drive development and deployment of scalable test fixtures, equipment, and software solutions Serve as a technical authority supporting New Product Introduction (NPI), sustaining engineering, and manufacturing operations Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers, fostering technical growth and best practices Partner cross-functionally with R D, Quality, Manufacturing, and Regulatory teams to ensure compliance and product performance Support audits, inspections, and design transfers with strong documentation and technical expertise Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on test processes, automation, and system performance QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field 5-8 years of experience in electrical engineering, test development, or process engineering Proven experience leading development of automated test systems and scalable test architectures Strong expertise in data acquisition, instrumentation, and test system design Advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills, especially in complex systems Experience with test validation, correlation studies, and gauge/measurement system analysis (MSA) Demonstrated ability to operate with high independence and act as a technical authority Experience mentoring engineers or leading technical initiatives Strong communication skills with the ability to interface with leadership, quality, and regulatory stakeholders Disclaimer:
