Electrical Process Development Engineer II LOCATION
: Arden Hills, MN Join one of the top medical device companies in the state as an Electrical Process Development Engineer II. In this role, you will play a key part in developing, validating, and improving electrical test methods that support both new product introduction and ongoing manufacturing. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Own and maintain electrical test methods for assigned products, ensuring performance, reliability, and repeatability Design, develop, and improve automated electrical test systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy Develop, qualify, and implement test fixtures, equipment, and setups for production and engineering use Lead troubleshooting efforts and perform root cause analysis for test failures and yield issues Own test validation activities, including correlation studies and Measurement System Analysis (MSA) Support new product introduction (NPI), sustaining engineering, and manufacturing operations Partner cross-functionally with R D, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to ensure robust test coverage and product performance Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to test processes, equipment, and data integrity QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field 2-5 years of experience in electrical engineering, test development, or process engineering Experience with automated test systems, data acquisition, and instrumentation Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills Familiarity with test validation, correlation, and gauge studies (MSA) Ability to work independently with moderate to high ownership of projects and deliverables Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams Disclaimer:
