Job Description
Role Description We are seeking a full-time Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team in an on-site role based in Kansas City, MO. The Senior Electrical Engineer will be responsible for designing and analyzing electrical and power systems, creating comprehensive plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to meet project specifications. The role involves preparing and reviewing technical drawings, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and coordinating with clients and stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions for diverse project types. Qualifications Proficiency in Electrical Design and Electrical Engineering, including creating schematics and technical drawings In-depth understanding of Electricity and its application in building and facility systems Expertise in Power Distribution and Power Systems with a focus on efficiency and compliance Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide innovative solutions for complex challenges Experience with building information modeling (BIM) software, such as REVIT MEP and BIM 360, is highly desirable Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred but not required Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to coordinate across disciplines
