Project Director Position Summary:
E-J is seeking an individual with a degree in Electrical Engineering for a Hyperscale Date Center. You will learn to use AutoDesk Revit to design and model Electrical equipment, conduits, and supports systems for Prefabrication and Installation. You will review schematics, plans, and models for Electric Code compliance. You will be trained on best practices in the Electrical Industry and advocate for E-J in meetings with Clients, Architects and Engineers, and other Trades.
Responsibilities:
Learn and retain basics of National Electric Code, local building codes, and best practices Train in AutoDesk Revit to a high level of proficiency, and learn other softwares Assist senior Engineers with Contract review, 3D modeling, and production of Prefab/Install drawings Attend meetings and advocate for best electrical practices and designs Participate in reporting, accountability, and documentation practices to improve Engineering performance and maximize project profitability Progress toward independence as your knowledge base and abilities grow, room for growth and specialization in emerging fields and locations
Qualifications & Skills:
Highly motivated team player 1-3 years of experience in a related field or industry, internships are acceptable Excellent communication skills Have basic Electrical and Construction knowledge and eagerness to learn more Proficient in MS Office Suite and basic AutoDesk product skills Advantages of Working at
