• Full-time Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Design Engineer to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will design, test, and oversee the implementation of electrical systems for custom HVAC machinery. You will work closely with mechanical engineers and other team members to ensure seamless integration of electrical components into our machinery designs. Responsibilities Design and develop electrical systems and controls for custom machinery. Create detailed electrical schematics and wiring diagrams using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, SolidWorks Electrical, or similar). Select and specify components such as sensors, actuators, controllers, and power systems. Program PLCs, HMIs, and other control systems as needed. Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and validation of electrical systems to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards. Collaborate with mechanical engineers to integrate electrical systems into overall machinery designs. Maintain accurate documentation of designs, revisions, and system configurations. Provide technical support during the installation and commissioning of machinery. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Associate's in Electrical Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) 5+ years of experience in designing and troubleshooting industrial electrical systems and controls. Proficiency in electrical CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN). Strong knowledge of PLC programming and control system design. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations (e.g., NEC, UL, CE). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
