We are seeking a Project Engineer to join a collaborative engineering team focused on custom project execution, technical design, and continuous product improvement. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex engineering projects from concept through completion, collaborating with customers, manufacturing teams, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality technical solutions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically proficient, and enjoys managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Job Description As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting project design, coordination, and execution while ensuring compliance with customer specifications and engineering standards. Key Responsibilities Review quotes, proposals, and purchase orders to verify design requirements, technical accuracy, and pricing. Develop and maintain project design schedules, track progress, and proactively resolve project issues. Coordinate design activities involving civil engineering, steel fabrication, and cross-functional project teams. Travel to customer sites to perform technical evaluations, collect field measurements, and develop engineering recommendations. Resolve project design concerns, warranty issues, and customer feedback related to engineering drawings and documentation. Review customer and internal drawings to ensure compliance with specifications and identify required revisions. Identify project scope changes and initiate change order requests as needed. Prepare engineering analyses and studies, including computational and performance evaluations, to support customer projects and product development. Support continuous improvement initiatives by contributing to product enhancements and process optimization efforts. Provide technical expertise and engineering support to internal teams, customers, and external stakeholders. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. Working knowledge of drafting and 3D modeling software such as AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks, or similar platforms. Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project coordination skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to travel to customer sites as needed. Preferred 1+ years of engineering, project engineering, or design experience. Experience supporting custom engineered products, industrial equipment, manufacturing, or infrastructure-related projects. Familiarity with engineering analysis tools, including CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) or similar modeling software. Experience managing multiple projects and coordinating cross-functional teams. Knowledge of fabrication, manufacturing processes, and design-for-manufacturing principles.
