Job Description

My client is hiring a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead electrical system design for a variety of commercial, institutional, healthcare, and retail projects. This position will play a key role in project execution, team leadership, and coordination with clients and internal engineering teams from design through construction. Responsibilities
  • Design building electrical systems including power, lighting, and telecommunications
  • Develop electrical drawings, calculations, and construction documents
  • Lead projects from initial concept through construction completion
  • Coordinate with mechanical, architectural, and structural teams
  • Support and oversee designers and drafting staff on project work
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide engineering solutions
  • Prepare project reports, technical documentation, and client deliverables
  • Participate in client meetings, proposals, and business development efforts
  • Help manage schedules, budgets, and project deadlines Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with building electrical system design
  • Experience with power distribution, lighting, and telecom systems
  • Strong knowledge of construction documents and engineering standards
