  • 90,000 per year + performance-based bonuses and incentives Grow Your Controls Career in Real Manufacturing Environments This role is ideal for a Controls Engineer with hands-on experience who's ready to take on more responsibility while continuing to learn from senior engineers.
You'll work directly on live production systems, support automation projects across multiple facilities, and build the technical depth needed to step into a senior role over time. If you already know the basics and want broader exposure, ownership, and mentorship — this is your next move. What You'll Do Support the design, programming, and implementation of PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems (Rockwell/Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Wonderware) Assist with commissioning, troubleshooting, and system upgrades at regional manufacturing sites Participate in remote diagnostics and on-call support alongside senior engineers (eWON, TeamViewer, FactoryTalk) Maintain and update control panel schematics and electrical documentation (AutoCAD Electrical or EPLAN) Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, and Quality teams to improve uptime and process reliability Follow and support compliance with
GMP, HACCP, NFPA
