Join an innovative engineering team developing advanced electronic products from concept through production. This role focuses on supporting new product development, designing and testing electrical systems, and helping transition products into manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop analog and digital electronic circuits for advanced products. Support the creation of production test equipment and manufacturing processes. Work with PCB layouts, power supplies, microcontrollers, sensors, and mixed-signal electronics. Perform testing, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis using lab equipment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate, validate, and launch new products. Create design documentation and participate in design reviews. Support product reliability in challenging environments and assist with engineering changes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. 5+ years of electrical hardware design experience. Experience with analog/digital circuit design, power conversion, and PCB development. Background in defense, aerospace, medical devices, or other high-reliability industries preferred. Familiarity with Cadence OrCAD, Allegro, and PSpice is a plus.
