Job Summary:
The Senior Staff Electrical Engineer researches, plans, designs, develops, analyzes, and tests a variety of electronic equipment and systems, including displays, sensors, processors, interface units, and other electronic devices; circuitry components; analog and digital computers; and control and test equipment.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
Perform design activities as assigned by the supervisor. Architect overall design effort. Able to analyze overall systems in depth, including algorithms. Able to lead a development effort involving multiple design elements. Produce reports and analysis. Produce schematics. Design and run validation testing. Participate as a lead in design reviews. Participate as a lead in proposal development. Other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
Education, Experience/Knowledge & License/Certification:
A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related discipline (a master's degree is preferred) with at least 15 years of experience in electrical engineering and electronic design and development
Specific Degree Field Required:
Electrical or Electronic Engineering. Training Pre-requisites (Within One Year of Taking Position): ESD Safety Training, as dictated by the
Safety Department Skills and Abilities:
Ability to organize the design effort Proficiency with schematic capture tools Proficiency with electrical and analytical analysis packages PLM proficient Here Are Some of the
