Job Description

Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Controls Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced control systems that optimize manufacturing processes and enhance system reliability. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in electrical and mechanical engineering principles, with expertise in programmable logic controllers (PLCs), system design, and signal processing. ions. Responsibilities Required
  • PLCs/RS Logix - Allen Bradley or Siemens - program, modify and troubleshoot HMI software such as FactoryTalk or similar
  • Experience controlling VFDs through HMI and PLCs
  • AutoCAD Electrical preferred, but knowledge of CAD in general is required
  • 3 years' experience working with Rockwell Rslogix500 and RsLogix5000 platforms along with FactoryTalk View.
  • Working knowledge of commercial machinery control devices, i.
e proximity switches, solenoid valves, transducers, switches, buttons & lamps, etc. Sound understanding of principles and application of AC & DC motor control systems, mostly with VFDs.
