Computer Engineer Requirements & Qualifications US citizenship required BS or higher in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field Eligibility for US DOD Security Clearance 5-10 years relevant technical experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable working collaboratively within a small, multi-disciplinary team Computer Engineer Preferred Background & Skills Proficiency with Python, C++, C#, MATLAB, VHDL, and/or Verilog Experience with AI/ML techniques for signal recognition (including TensorFlow) Familiarity with digital signal processing, high-speed data, and large datasets Backgrounds in medical imaging, radar processing, or similar are highly valued Experience developing software/firmware solutions based on mathematical models Skilled in Agile/Scrum (JIRA), version control, automated testing, and formal documentation Knowledge of Linux O/S and network protocols (TCP/IP, UDP) Computer Engineer Day-to-Day Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and validate digital signal processing and AI/ML applications for advanced RF systems Implement high-speed data interfaces between FPGAs, devices, and networks Translate mathematical models from MATLAB or Python into robust software/firmware environments Collaborate closely with a small team of engineers and scientists on multiple defense technology programs Contribute ideas, set self-directed milestones, and communicate technical progress to stakeholders Follow engineering best practices for code control, testing, and documentation If you are passionate about technology innovation and eager for a role with real influence and growth potential, we want to connect with you.
