Lead the end-to-end development of critical spacecraft electrical systems, including power, telemetry, and communications.

Requirements Engineering:

Translate complex mission and customer needs into actionable functional specifications and technical requirements.

Integration & Testing:

Oversee the assembly and functional testing of subsystems to ensure they meet strict regulatory and technical standards.

Lifecycle Troubleshooting:

Proactively identify and resolve electrical and integration issues from the initial design phase through final testing.

Technical Leadership:

Provide mentorship to junior staff while managing essential engineering documentation like schematics and Interface Control Documents (ICDs).
