Controls Engineer

Controls Engineer Full-Time Henderson, NV Compensation DOE:

Up to $140K Meet your talent advisor Dan Witters Seeking to hire two (2) Controls Engineers to design, develop, and start up industrial control systems used for growing automating manufacturing equipment in a production environment. They are responsible for the startup and troubleshooting of equipment at the customer sites. Controls Engineers will use P&IDs, scope documents, functional descriptions, and electrical prints to both write & edit PLC code and HMI Systems. They will write complete project scopes, maintain schedule and watch budget status, design and perform test procedures, and be responsible for supervising on-site installation and commissioning.

Controls Engineer Specific Responsibilities:

P&IDs, scope documents, functional descriptions, and electrical prints to both write & edit PLC code and HMI Systems. Mentor junior controls engineers and controls technicians. Review P&IDs and interact with Engineering Department personnel. Write complete project scopes, maintain schedules and watch budget status, design and perform test procedures. Responsible for supervising on-site installation and commissioning.

Controls Engineer Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred with 5+ years of relevant experience.

Background in the following technologies:
