Position Overview:

As an Electrical Engineer III/IV at EO Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in shaping diverse electrical projects, showcasing adaptability and multifaceted engineering expertise. This position calls for an individual ready to engage deeply with a multifunctional team, driving varied electrical solutions to fruition.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of electrical systems, ensuring they meet safety and performance standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate electrical components across platforms, ensuring optimal functionality. Oversee the analysis, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical systems to enhance performance and reliability. Develop and implement control algorithms and systems tailored to specific operational needs. Utilize simulations, modeling, and analytical tools to assess and refine electrical system performance. Coordinate with external partners and suppliers to source high-quality electrical components that align with project goals. Provide mentorship and guidance in electrical engineering principles to junior engineers and the broader project team. Draft comprehensive technical documentation, ensuring clear communication and adherence to project parameters. Stay updated on industry advancements, particularly in electrical engineering and related technologies.

Qualification Criteria:

Master's or higher in Electrical Engineering or related fields. Proven track record in leading and managing diverse electrical projects. Comprehensive understanding of electrical engineering principles, circuit design, and control systems. Experience working with a variety of electrical systems and technologies. Proficiency in CAD tools, simulation software, and relevant programming languages. Familiarity with the latest safety standards and regulations in electrical engineering. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication abilities and a talent for collaborative teamwork. Detail-oriented, ensuring project quality and timeliness.
