Electrical Design Engineer Location:
Reno, Nevada (On-site)
Job Summary:
We are seeking professionals who excel at collaborating with technical teams and optimizing work processes. Our team values those who thrive in dynamic environments and are committed to delivering high-quality engineered solutions for customer orders and projects.
Responsibilities:
Work with drafters, engineers, and supervisors to produce required documentation for customer orders or quotes. Create and review drawings, wiring diagrams, and bills of material; ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable codes. Collaborate with quotations, sales teams, and customers to select appropriate products and support manufacturing regarding application engineering designs. Provide technical and electrical guidance to drafters and designers, assisting with application engineering designs and electrical testing support.
Required:
Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. Experience working with AutoCAD. Ability to check drawings and ensure designs meet relevant standards and codes. Demonstrated capacity to provide technical support in application engineering and electrical design.
