Responsibilities Design, develop, analyze, and verify analog/mixed-signal and motion control hardware. Participate in all phases of product development, from requirements through design, verification, and production support. Perform circuit simulations, testing, troubleshooting, and design optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver high-quality designs on schedule. Support existing products while contributing to new product development and continuous improvement initiatives. Senior-level engineers will provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and support project planning and technical decision-making.

Qualifications:

B.S. in Electrical Engineering (M.S. preferred for senior-level candidates). 3+ years of experience for Engineer level; 7+ years for Senior Engineer. Ideally, we would like to hire one at each level. Strong background in analog and mixed-signal circuit design, including A/D and D/A converters, signal conditioning, amplifiers, filters, oscillators, and control circuits. Experience with power electronics, including DC/DC converters, inverters, and motor drive circuits utilizing MOSFET, IGBT, SiC, or GaN technologies. Knowledge of motion control systems, including BLDC motor control, feedback sensors (LVDT, resolvers, encoders), and control theory. Experience with analog/mixed-signal ASIC design and simulation tools, along with circuit design software such as LTspice, PSpice, OrCAD, Allegro, or similar.
