We are seeking a skilled DSP Engineer to lead scientific investigations into complex radio frequency (RF) phenomena. In this role, you will perform signal processing and RF system characterization, filter design, spectral analysis, Doppler analysis, antenna/beam pattern analysis, angle of arrival, time difference of arrival, and geolocation.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related technical field. 2+ years of demonstrated professional experience in DSP engineering, signal processing, and electromagnetic phenomenology. Digital Signal Processing C++ and Python Background in RF signature analysis, mathematical modeling, and algorithm development. Proficiency in Digital Signal Processing (DSP), MATLAB, and Python.
Preferred Qualifications:
Complex Math Orbital Mechanics Domain Expertise:
Familiarity with NASIC's MASINT and GEOINT mission sets and operational environments.
Specialized Knowledge:
Advanced education, skills, and experience in: RF Propagation/Physics, RF theory, Communications theory, and Radar theory Xpatch and X-Midas Associated AI/ML libraries and capabilities
Advanced Education:
Master's degree in electrical engineering, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related technical field.
