This role focuses on the design, development, and manufacturing support of advanced electronic systems, with a strong emphasis on power electronics and thermal management solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in circuit design, high-voltage systems, and product development within a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Design and develop analog and digital circuit boards for new and existing products Create and optimize thermal management solutions for electronic systems Develop schematics, bills of materials (BOMs), and PCB layouts using Altium Lead design efforts for high-voltage and power electronics systems, including switch mode power supplies Design and implement circuits utilizing MOSFETs and IGBTs Specify and design custom inductors and transformers Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to voltage transients, EMI, and system susceptibility Support product development from concept through manufacturing and production Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, and testing Work with and support systems involving three-phase equipment up to 400V Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field 8+ years of experience in product development and manufacturing environments Strong hands-on experience with board-level analog and digital circuit design Proficiency in Altium Designer Proven expertise in thermal design and heat management for electronics Preferred Qualifications Experience with lamp ballast design, development, and troubleshooting Familiarity with UV fluorescent and xenon arc lamp systems Hands-on experience with power devices, controllers, and high-voltage SMPS design Expertise in magnetics design (inductors and transformers) Strong troubleshooting skills in EMI/EMC and transient-related issues Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
