About the Role We are seeking a Controls Engineering Supervisor to lead automation and controls initiatives within a manufacturing environment. systems Support production equipment, automation systems, and process improvements Oversee installation, commissioning, and upgrades of control systems Collaborate with maintenance, production, and engineering teams Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards Manage project timelines, budgets, and technical deliverables Provide technical guidance, training, and mentorship to team members Qualifications Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field (or equivalent experience) 7 10+ years of controls engineering experience Prior supervisory or team leadership experience Strong knowledge of PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens), HMIs, and SCADA systems Experience in manufacturing or industrial automation environment Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work onsite in a fast-paced environment
