In this pivotal role, you will lead the design, analysis, and implementation of complex electrical systems across various projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence projects while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in electrical engineering principles, project management skills, hands-on experience and a drive to mentor junior engineers. Core Responsibilities Ø Work on assigned projects assigned Ø Perform calculations and analysis when needed Ø Maintain within scope, schedule, and budget Ø Train new employees to departmental procedures and processes and company policies and procedures as it applies to work process. Ø Ability to effectively lead a project team to ensure projects and/or project tasks are completed to client satisfaction on schedule and within approved budget. Ø Strong technical writing skills, excellent verbal, and written communication skills Ø Comply with all required standards Requirements Ø Bachelor of Science Degree Electrical Engineering Ø Master of Science Degree Electrical Engineering an added plus Ø Minimum 10 years' experience in Electrical Ø PE License strongly preferred Ø Proficient in Microsoft Office software, and software applications such as SKM or heat tracing Knowledge in these areas needed: Ø Low & Medium power distribution system design and layout Ø Substation design Ø Short circuit analysis Ø Grounding and lightning protection Ø Electrical heat trace design Ø Wiring diagrams and schematics development Ø Conduit, cable tray and underground duct bank design Ø Instrument selection & specification Ø Control valve and primary element sizing Ø Instrument loop diagrams, location plans, and installation details Ø Interconnection and wiring diagrams
