Job Description

Role Overview:
Contribute to developing prototypes for ATV/SxS vehicles by researching and applying new technologies to meet business goals and ensure global vehicle quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Design complex component and system layouts using CAD software, communicate specifications, and maintain accurate documentation. Establish and optimize cost targets, manage work schedules, and coordinate resources with minimal supervision. Support the development of innovative ideas and technologies, participate in problem-solving, and develop quality standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, with 2+ years of experience in Powersports or Automotive sectors. Strong leadership, communication, confidentiality, analytical, and technical skills, including proficiency in FTA, FMEA, CAD, and product development schedules.
Working Conditions:
Office and shop environment, occasional travel, physical activity limited to desk work, with potential exposure to hazards typical of such settings. Overtime may be required.
