• Supervise and lead a team of electrical technicians in a fast-paced manufacturing facility, ensuring productivity, safety, and quality standards are met.
• Perform hands-on troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems, including PLCs, motors, drives, and control panels.
• Program, maintain, and optimize PLC systems to improve automation efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Coordinate daily work assignments, prioritize maintenance tasks, and support production schedules.
• Train and mentor team members on electrical systems, troubleshooting techniques, and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to implement process improvements and equipment upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

Pay:

$31.00 - $33.00 per hour
