Key Responsibilities:

+ Lead the design and implementation of complex engineering projects, ensuring excellence in documentation, design integrity, and adherence to Olsson's high standards. + Employ advanced engineering concepts and innovative strategies to navigate and solve project challenges, enhancing project outcomes and technical solutions. + Oversee quality assurance and control to maintain project excellence, coupled with leading research initiatives to address significant engineering hurdles with creative solutions. + Foster a culture of collaboration and mentorship, guiding team members through complex projects and contributing to their professional growth and development. + Champion the development and refinement of engineering practices and standards, ensuring continuous improvement and positioning Olsson at the forefront of engineering excellence.
