What You'll Own
    Switchgear & Transformer Order Management:
Oversee end-to-end execution of switchgear and transformer orders from initial quote through final delivery, ensuring technical accuracy, timeline adherence, and customer satisfaction
      Sales & Engineering Support:
Provide technical guidance to sales teams and customers on switchgear and transformer specifications, applications, and integration requirements; support client design meetings and engineering consultations to ensure projects are scoped correctly and customer needs are fully understood
        Power System Studies & Projects:
Assist in overseeing power system study projects, working alongside our PE team to coordinate technical analysis, validate findings, and support project delivery
          Project Execution & Timeline Management:
Manage project schedules, vendor coordination, quality assurance, and delivery logistics to ensure orders are completed on time and meet customer expectations
            Customer Communication & Satisfaction:
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, proactively managing expectations, addressing concerns, and ensuring a smooth delivery experience
              Engineering Projects Support:
Assist with special engineering projects and technical initiatives as they arise, leveraging our PE team's expertise and contributing to the full scope of our business

Maintain detailed project records, manage technical documentation, and ensure compliance with all relevant electrical codes and customer specifications
                  Continuous Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to streamline order processes, improve delivery timelines, and enhance customer experience.
Who We're Looking For Ideal Candidate Profile:
                  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent field preferred (we'll consider experienced technicians or professionals with equivalent field expertise)
                  • 0-5 years of professional experience in electrical project management, field engineering, or technical sales support — we're equally interested in recent graduates with strong fundamentals and seasoned professionals ready to grow
                  • Hands-on knowledge of switchgear, transformers, and electrical equipment (or strong willingness to develop this expertise)
                  • Familiarity with electrical codes and standards (NEC, IEEE, NFPA, etc.)
                  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
                  • Excellent communication abilities — comfortable explaining technical concepts to both internal teams and external customers
                  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across sales, engineering, and operations teams
                  • Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn from experienced PE professionals on our team
