$115,800 What You'll Be Doing Design, maintain, and improve plant electrical systems and components. Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Partner with operations, maintenance, engineering, and contractors to support safe and efficient plant performance. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in a timely manner to reduce downtime. Provide technical support and training to maintenance staff. What Are We Looking For Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated capability. Knowledge of industrial electrical systems, motor controls, power distribution, instrumentation, switchgear, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs). Experience using engineering and project management tools such as AutoCAD and Microsoft Project is preferred. Ability to analyze technical issues, establish priorities, and deliver practical solutions in an industrial environment. Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to work across functions. Commitment to workplace safety, regulatory compliance, continuous improvement, and operational reliability. Work Environment Work is performed in both office and heavy manufacturing environments, including exposure to electrical equipment, motor control centers (MCCs), power distribution systems, and varying outdoor weather conditions. Regular exposure to production areas may include moving equipment, elevated work areas, dust, noise, heat, cold, and other outdoor weather conditions. Personal protective equipment must be worn as required. The role may require climbing stairs and ladders, walking over uneven surfaces, and responding to occasional operational needs outside standard business hours. Travel to other company locations, project sites, or vendor facilities may be required.
