What You'll Be Doing Assist in the design and implementation of engineering projects. Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards. Collaborate with senior engineers to develop innovative solutions. Prepare technical reports and documentation. Participate in project planning and scheduling. What Are We Looking For A college senior or studying Chemical Engineering or a recent engineering graduate with a strong interest in process is preferred; other engineering disciplines may also be considered Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Proficiency in relevant engineering software. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
