For more information, please see our website. About the Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for an Engineer, Electrical to join our Langeloth Metallurgical Facility in Langeloth, PA. In this onsite role, you will be responsible for the electrical engineering scope within projects and the Engineering Department. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Development and implementation of electrical designs and design standards across various projects. Provide electrical technical support within all department projects and coordinate with external consultants and contractors as required. Manage small multidisciplinary projects from conceptual to detailed engineering through to construction support and commissioning as required. Provide engineering support and design for medium- and low-voltage electrical systems, including integration with control systems and SCADA platforms. Develop, implement, and manage preventative and predictive maintenance programs for electrical power distribution assets. Conduct field inspections, investigations, and troubleshooting activities coordinated with electrical maintenance and/or contractors to diagnose issues and support safe, code-compliant installation of control systems, power wiring, and raceways. Develop, review, and evaluate equipment specifications, estimates, and bid/tender documents to support procurement, ensuring alignment with project design, installation, and construction requirements. Reporting on a regular basis, technical report review and preparation, and excellent oral and written communication skills. Collaborate with site teams as required to complete projects. Performs any other responsibilities related to the role as required or as assigned by the department head. About You The following will be critical to successfully performing this role: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering. Strong knowledge of applicable codes and standards such as
NEC, NFPA
70E, Arc Flash studies, oil and gas analysis, etc. Minimum of 5+ years work experience in related field. Possess a valid driver's license and have access to personal transportation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Good time management and prioritization skills. Management of special projects and sub-contractors. Good work ethic and a strong attitude towards safety are essential requirements. Good data analytical skills. Experienced in using MS Office Suite. Working knowledge of SAP is a strong asset. AutoCAD experience a plus. Must be organized, and detail oriented.
